St. Joe, Michigan

Lake Michigan as viewed from our car... while driving...

Kevin and I decided that we would head up to St. Joe, Michigan today and walk around the beach and downtown. We were pleasantly surprised, or more accurately, I was pleasantly surprised that the Art Fair was going on. We never made it to the beach, so we did not get many pics, but we had a great time nonetheless. Kevin found a few postcards from the early 1900's depicting some of the court houses that we practice in. He plans to frame them for his new office, or more accurately, he plans to have ME frame them for his new office.

Next year will be better for the kids tent!

Trying some Kilwin's Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream.

Yum!

All clean after a long day at the fair.

First Piano Recital

...or rock concert, you decide! I am pretty sure I saw some of these moves performed by Steven Tyler at an Aerosmith concert a few years back.

Big Boy Car Seat

Finally, Hank is no longer stuffed into his infant carrier. He took his first ride in his new seat to St. Joe, Michigan today. He slept the majority of the hour trip, which really is no different than any other car ride. It has to be more comfy though...

Hank Crawling

kind of... it is more of an army crawl, but it is more than sufficient for getting around! Enjoy.

I do not like Green Eggs and Ham

I do not like them Sam-I-am...

If you will let me be. I will try them. You will see.

Say! I like green eggs and ham! I do! I like them, Sam-I-am!

Cruisin...

kind of... he cannot pull himself up, but if we stand him up on the ottoman, he will play there for a while and move himself around...

I love this picture... one because Wrigley is so concerned, and two... because Henry reminds me of my Grandfather... so focused on the mechanics of the gator. He was mesmerised by the wheels for a good three minutes. (an eternity in baby time)

you lookin at me?

"happy" 4th of July

Well, the 4th was not exactly one for the top 5... in fact, the weather probably places it towards the bottom of the list. This means few pictures of my boy sporting his cute holiday gear, but we made due. A nice "picnic" indoors at CCD was the extent of our festivities. Maybe next year...
The only pic of Hank in his seersucker suit... showing off his funny onsie with Nana

Indoor picnic... Daddy always cracks me up when he blows on my face!

In jammies with Uncle Bryce...
